How to avoid feelings of stress and overwhelm

When you’re stuck and frustrated with your workload…
What do you do?

It’s common for all of us to crack under the pressure.
Day after day filled with endless tasks without an end in sight.

And we all know that it’s possible to feel inspired, powerful and a sense of purpose.

However, knowing this and knowing how to access it are two very different things.

The simple solution here is a shift in focus.

I’ve found that when managers, leaders and entrepreneurs focus forwards and look at the things they haven’t done yet then they feel easily overwhelmed and resigned.

Here’s what you should do instead.

Focus backwards!
Look at the progress you’ve made. Look at what you’ve learned. Look at what you’ve accomplished. 

Reminding yourself of your progress makes you powerful!

And when you’re powerful, that’s when you can focus forwards again and truly achieve your goals.
