Why being busy and being busyminded are two very different things.

Your capacity to be productive has a lot to do with your awareness of your thinking.

You do NOT need to focus on the content of your thinking and try to change negative thoughts to positive to increase your capacity. That is often way too much work!

In any moment just notice if you are busy minded or quiet minded and you´ll see that your mind naturally starts to quiet down!

I´ll show you more in this video… Enjoy!

Here is what we cover:
1. The external conversation – 150 words per minutes
2. The internal conversation – how many words per minute?
3. Reflecting on your TPM – Thoughts Per Minute
4. Being busy minded – what is the impact?
5. What happens when you notice that you are busy minded.
6. What becomes available when you your TPM gets lower.
